I love my apartment! It’s reasonably priced and close to everything. I’ve been here for about a month and I genuinely have no complaints about anything.

Excellent location and great team! I moved in Barrett Walk Apartment on June 8th, during the application and moving in procedure, Kayla and Taylor in the leasing office are quite helpful. This is first time for me to apply the apartment in GA, and there are many questions with some uncertainties, but I finally moved in the beloved community smoothly with the great help hands of Kayla and Taylor. I also want to acknowledge the much thanks to the great support of Bonnie- Barrett Walk Apartment manager.
We were looking for a home for my sister in law quickly and Taylor and her team were awesome. They walked throught the process, we were able to contact them directly to answer any questions we had, and she was very professional. The property seems to be well maintain. We look forward to our future at Barrett Walk Apartments.
Taylor made the move in process fast and easy. When I first toured with her and even when going through the application process, she was very helpful and always was quick to respond to my emails. The team they have here was very welcoming on my move in day, and I’m very happy with my unit!
New residents here. Kayla our Leasing consultant was an ABSOLUTE PLEASURE to work with. She was pleasant and prompt with all of our concerns. Our entire move in experience from touring the property to signing our lease was professional and quaint. Ask for Kayla if you want to make Barret Walk your new address..

I have lived at this place for a year and I have enjoyed my stay here.
Pros:
1) neighbors are amazing. No loud parties, respectful of each other.
2) Management team is very responsive, they fix the issue on the same day and they are very professional. One time, I broke my gate card by accident, the management replaces for free.
3) Location is convenient, Costco and tons of food options.
Cons:
1) By "luxury" apartment standard, the apartment is bit old. Washer and dryer are bit old.
At the end of the day, you get what you pay for. If you want most modern appliances, there are plenty of other options nearby. I moved here from another apartment like that and I am very happy with my choice. The quiet neighborhood outweighs the modern appliances to me.
On 07/8/2023 I visited the Barrett Walk Apartments to inquire about a 2 bedroom apartment. The leasing consultant Kayla was extremely RUDE, and had a very poor attitude. I'd rather be homeless than sign a lease simply because how she treats potential residents. I honestly believe she stereotyped me because of the way l looked.
Recently moved to Barrett Walk and I have 0 complaints so far, everyone in the leasing office is very informative and patient with questions we had during the move in process. We had the pleasure of working directly with Kayla and she is awesome! She was very prompt with responding to any questions we had and keeping us updated with our application process. She is very kind and knowledgeable of her job I would definitely suggest asking for her if you come in for a tour! Also shout out to the maintenance crew, this is the first property I have ever lived at where I can put in a request and they come fix it the same day!! Definitely glad to call Barrett Walk home for a while :)
